For stuffing take a mixing bowl and mix chicken, potato, cheese, capsicum onion., pepper powder, herbs, garlic, olive oil and combine well

To make bread take a warm milk in a bowl, add dried yeast and sugar, mix well cover and let it rest for 10min

In a large mixing bowl take flour add salt mix well and combine it with milk mixture to form a rough dough(can use additional water/flour if required)

Take out the dough on floured surface and knead it until soft and smooth.. Tuck the dough and place it in oil greased bowl and cover the bowl with clear sheet and let the dough rise for 2 hrs

Now dough must have doubled in size,place the dough again on floured surface and knead it again for another 10min well

Roll it in shape of large oval and place stuffing prepared as shown in pic and gently give straight cuts to the outer edges(u can add additional layer of cheese)

Start braiding the layers simultaneously from both the sides

Once done,brush the bread with melted butter and sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes

Slowly lift the bread and place it on baking tray covered with baking sheet
- 10
Meanwhile preheat the oven and bake the bread for 25-30 min at 180 degrees or until golden brown(it depends on oven)

Once done allow it to cool for 10 min, slice it to serve
