Ingredients

  • 250 gmdosa batter
  • 5red chilli slit into pieces
  • 2 tablespoonBengal gram Dal for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonMustard seeds
  • pinchasafoetida powder
  • 25 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil,then seasoning it with all the ingredients and put into dosa batter

  2. 2

    Make a dosa in a pan

    Pour oil around dosa and turn other side to cook
