Cooking Instructions

Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistle and peel the skin.

Now, cut the potatoes into cubes.

Fry the potatoes in 2-3 tbsp of oil. Make sure you don't over mix as the potatoes may break.

Saute the potatoes till they turn golden brown from all the sides. Now transfer the fried potatoes in another bowl.

Now add finely chopped onions. And mix it well.

Also add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix all the ingredients evenly.

Additionally add green chutney and imli-chutney.

Next, mix gently without breaking the aloo.

Transfer the chaat into a serving plate. And spread a tsp of curd and coriander leaves.

Now finally, garnish with pomegranate seeds and and coriander leaves(optional).
