#WOKCOOKING (Simply all time favorite snack. Everyone likes this at any time specially in late night carvings. I am freezing it after cook them half done. We can use them 3 to 4 weeks. But they are not longer stay in the freezer. We can also add boiled potatoes in it but if want to freeze them then avoid to use potatoes. In less ingredients make a tasty meal & makes your family happy.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/2 kgChicken boneless
  • 1egg
  • 1bread slice
  • 1medium onion chopped
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 1/2 cupcheddar cheese
  • 1 tblssoya sauce
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspGinger powder
  • 1 tsponion powder (optional)
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 tspcrushed cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a chopper add boneless chicken, onion and green chillies. Puls the chopper twice.

  2. 2

    Then add egg, bread slice, salt, black pepper, soya sauce garlic and ginger powder (I have onion powder too so I am using it, it's just optional)

  3. 3

    Chopperized them to make paste textured mixture. Let the mixture out in a Platte bowl mix cheddar cheese in it and put it in freezer for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Let's make gram flour mixture, in bowl add gram flour, salt, cumin crushed and water to make batter rather then thick or more then thin.

  5. 5

    Take out chicken mixture from freezer. take required quantity in your oil Greased hands and make them in any shape. (Wrap it and can freeze in this stage)

  6. 6

    Dip in batter and shalow or deep fry till golden from both sides. Sprinkle some cheese and coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Serve it with any sauce. Cicken and cheese fitters are ready to serve. Make it, Snap it and Enjoy it
