Steps

Start instant pot, add oil & butter in it, add onion and saute it for 3 minS.

After add ginger, garlic paste saute 2 mins., after that add tomatoes saute all 5 mins.

Add Pav bhaji masala, red chill, Salt, turmeric & add all chopped veggies & water mix well press the cancel and close lid with vent in sealing position, cook on high pressure for 8 mins.

Turn off heat, let the pressure release naturally.

Put on medium flame and let bhaji boil for a minute. Bhaji mash with hand blinder & potatoes masher. Boil for 2 mins. Add coriander leaves & paneer.

When u serving add lemon juice, spring onion,butter.

Also try bhaji with bread & Pav.
