  • 2large eggs
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning sauce (such as soy sauce or your preferred sauce)

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs into a bowl (preferably glass or ceramic).

    Add a little vegetable oil and seasoning sauce to taste, then beat the eggs until frothy.

    Pour the egg mixture into the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
