Achari paneer

Heat a pan add oil and fry the onions till caramelized. Cook it down, put them in a blender, add chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pickel masala and mango, little water and blend it in to a smooth paste.

Take the same pan add 1tbs oil, add caram seeds, fennel seeds. After 30 sec add capsicum. Cook them for 2-3 min. Then add the tomato puree. Cook them till the raw smell of tomato goes away.

Add grated ginger and garlic. Mix it well then add the pickel mixture and kasuri methi. Cook them well with adding water for another 2-3 min.

Add the paneer. Coat the masala with the paneer well, add water and cook it for another 5min till the gravy is thicken.serve hot with chapati.
