Take a pan, add oil and saute onion

Then add ginger garlic paste. Add nigella seeds, cumin seeds and fry for about 1 minute,

Then add squash, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed red chilli, salt, tomatoes add 1 cup of water and cook on low flame.

When water dries and oil comes out then fry for 1 minute, sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilli.

Serve hot & enjoy with pori or paratha.
