Ingredients

  • 1/2 KgSquash, (Peel and cut in cube shape)
  • 2Onions, (Medium Sliced)
  • To TasteSalt,
  • 1/4 Tea SpoonTurmeric,
  • 1/2 Tea SpoonRed Chilli Crushed,
  • 2Tomatoes, (Cut In Cubes)
  • 1/4 CupOil,
  • 1/2 Tea SpoonRed Chilli Powder,
  • 1/2 Tea SpoonCumin Seeds,
  • 1 PinchNigella Seeds,
  • 1 Tea SpoonGinger Garlic Paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil and saute onion

  2. 2

    Then add ginger garlic paste. Add nigella seeds, cumin seeds and fry for about 1 minute,

  3. 3

    Then add squash, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed red chilli, salt, tomatoes add 1 cup of water and cook on low flame.

  4. 4

    When water dries and oil comes out then fry for 1 minute, sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilli.

  5. 5

    Serve hot & enjoy with pori or paratha.
