Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kgminced meat
  • 1 tspkachri powder(u can use raw papaya)
  • 1small onion
  • 3 tbsghee
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspwhite cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspclove powder(loang)
  • 1 1/2 tbscream/balai
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 1/2 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspjaifel+jawatri powder-each(nutmeg+mace..These r the key ingredients don't skip them)
  • 1 1/2 tbscoriander seeds crushed
  • 1/4 cupCilantro
  • 4 tbsbeasn(gram flour)
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • Mint leaves 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop mince with onion in a food processor and take it out in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add kachri or raw papaya and knead it with hands well. and add everything in it and again chop them in processor.Take them out and let it rest for one hour.

  3. 3

    After one hour start making kababs, Take a small portion of the kebab mixture in your hands and put it on skewers.

  4. 4

    BBQ it, brush with oil, bake for 15 minutes/pan fry, give dum of coal.

  5. 5

    Serve hot Seekh kebab with lacha Paratha or naan, salad & tamarind chutney.
