Steps

Soak Bengal gram and rice 3 hours.
- 2
Bengal gram, rice, red chillies and ginger grind in a course paste.

Chopped onion and green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves with Bengal gram paste and mix well.
- 4
Take a kadai pour oil in it and you take vada mixture put one by one in low flame. Masala vada ready to serve.
