Wash moong and add in cooker then add water and cook for 4-5 whistles.

Then cool it.

Take a kadai then add oil. Now add mustard seeds. Then add Shahi jeera, asafoetida, curry leaves.

Then add ginger garlic and chilli ka paste then add tomatoes and mix all it well.

Then cook for some time so tomatoes become soft and add cooked whole moong.

Then add turmeric, coriander powder, salt, sugar and add ¼ cup water.

Cook for some time and add coriander freshly chopped. Add lemon juice.

Then serve with chapati and salad.
