1 cupboiled Chicken
2 cupsboiled potatoes
1 tblsoil
1/2 cupcabbage chopped
2 tblscarrots chopped
2 tblscapsicum chopped
1 tspsoya sauce
1 tspsalt
1 tspBlack pepper
1 cupcheddar cheese
1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
1 cupbread crumbs
1 tspsesame seeds
Bread slices (as required)
2beaten eggs
1/2 tspsoya sauce
Oil for fry

Heat up oil and sautay vegetables then add salt, black pepper and soya sauce.

Boiled Chicken cook then add in boiled potatoes and cheddar cheese. Mix well.let the mixture cool.

Inn bread crumbs mix sesame seeds. In eggs add salt, pepper and soya sauce. Mix well.

In a bread slice put some potatoes mixture on it and place piece of mozzarella cheese in it. Pack with hands use some water. Dip in eggs then roll in bread crumbs.

Shallow fry it and golden brown both the sides.
