1egg
2 tbspmaida
1small riped and mashed banana
milk to adjust consistency
2 tsppowdered sugar
1.5 tspbaking powder
1 tbspgrated beetroot

Steps

In a bowl add egg and mashed banana and whisk it add grated beetroot
2

In another bowl add all dry ingredients(maida,sugar,baking powder) and mix it well
3

Add dry ingredients in liquid mixture and mix it and add milk to make it slight runny batter of pancakes
4

Pour the batter on hot tawa and cook it by flipping on either side
5

Healthy...yummy...tasty pancake is ready to serve..
