A perfect crispy tea snack
Steps

Store left over idlies in fridge for 2 hours to make it harder.

Slice the idlies into your desire shape

Add a tsp of oil and idli powder and mix it well with sliced idlies
- 4
Heat a pan and add oil to shallow fry the idlies.
- 5
Toss the idlies and fry them till all sides are roasted well. Serve hot with ketchup.
