Ingredients

10 minutes
2 persons
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbspginger green chillies and garlic paste
  • 1finely chopped capsicum
  • 2finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsppav bhaji masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add onion and capsicum, saute for 3 - 4 minutes on low heat

  2. 2

    Now add ginger green chillies garlic paste, saute for a minute

  3. 3

    Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes, add pav bhaji masala and salt,mix well

  4. 4

    Now add cooked rice and mix nicely, saute for 2 - 3 minutes, switch off the gas

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and mix well.Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot
