Wash clean chicken peices and cut finely small prices then I took tandoori masala pd in that added little olive oil and crushed mint leaves little lemon juice and made paste then applied to chicken and kept it for 1 hour. Then take oil in a pan and cook it by adding some water and let it cook till it is dry. I used tandoori chicken u can use kheema or soya granules or any stuffing

Then took 1 cup maida made a semi hard dough add salt one tbs olive oil 1 Tbs curd to it then kneed the dough keep aside. In a small bown made maida paste

Make small balls take one roll it and cut sides and make a square at one corner keep some cheese put cooked tandoori chicken and roll it and at the side apply the maida pase and lock the sides and fry and serve with sause.

This the kids would relish and also elders I used chicken but u all can use many things soya granules or make mix vegges or paneer or even for a Chinese vergin u can boil noodles dry then put vegges.
