Potato Stuffed Besan Cheela

For Besan Batter- Take a big bowl add Besan and heeng, little amount of dhaniya powder, red chilli powder,haldi powder 1/4 spoon.

Add Ajwain,salt.add water slowly and whisk continuously make lumps free add egg.

Make potatoes stuffing - In a kadhai add 2 spoon deshi ghee and add sliced onion and saute, add peeled And mashed potatoes.

Add dry rest of masalas green chilli, ginger mix and roast for 3-4 mins on medium-low flame.

Now take Nonstick pan add little amount of deshi ghee make cheela if you want sprinkles some green chilli & chopped ginger. Add stuffing make cheela fold it add pure ghee.

If you want to add green chutney on the stuffing and fold it. Cut in the pieces. Serve hot with both chutney.
