Ingredients

  • 2potatoes
  • 2shimla mirch/capsicum
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2turmeric powder
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tsp ghee

Steps

    Take a pan

    Add ghee it in.now put jeera in to for few second.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped potatoes and capsicum in it.

  4. 4

    Now mix salt red chilli powder turmeric powder in it.

  5. 5

    Now mix it well.now leave it on steam for 5 mi,e hai
