Ingredients

2 cupslow-fat milk (about 500 ml)
1/3 cuprolled oats (about 30 grams)
2 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder (about 15 grams)
1/2 tablespoonliquid sweetener

Pour the milk.

Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder to the milk.

Add the sweetener and it's READY!!

You can use less quantity since the amounts are for 2 people. Halve the amounts and you're good to go!
