Ingredients

  1. 2 cupslow-fat milk (about 500 ml)
  2. 1/3 cuprolled oats (about 30 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder (about 15 grams)
  4. 1/2 tablespoonliquid sweetener

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the milk.

    Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder to the milk.

  3. 3

    Add the sweetener and it's READY!!

  4. 4

    You can use less quantity since the amounts are for 2 people. Halve the amounts and you're good to go!
