Ingredients

  • 1 litermilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 glasswater
  • 1 spoonsooji
  • 1 spooncorn flour
  • 1Lemon
  • 2elachi( cardamom)

Steps

    Boil milk in pan

  2. 2

    After boil left it for 5 mint

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon in a bowl

  4. 4

    Add water in lemon juice

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice in milk

  6. 6

    Then milk turns into chhena

  7. 7

    Then filter chhena and wash this with water

  8. 8

    Now squeeze water from this

  9. 9

    Left it in a soft tight cloth

  10. 10

    Now put sugar and elachi and water in a pan and boil it

  11. 11

    And we now add suji and corn flour in chhena and crash it for 10 minutes to make soft dough

  12. 12

    Make small ball from the dough and put one by one in the sugar syrup and boil it for 20 mints

  13. 13

    Turn the rasgulla between boiling

  14. 14

    After that stop boiling and left it for 3 hour for coldness
