I have it on very good authority (my daughter) that these crepes are the best. And we've been to France quite a few times and had them there too. But my batter mix makes crepes that are so light and yummy, you'll want more 😀#dessert #crepes #chocolate

Ingredients

makes about 12 servings

110 gflour
2beaten eggs
30 gmelted butter
250 mlfull fat milk
25 gsugar
Nutella
Oil or butter for greasing

Steps

Put flour in a bowl. Add sugar and butter (microwave butter for 30 secs) mix with a whisk

Slowly add beaten eggs and whisk. Slowly add milk and whisk

Make sure there are no lumps in the batter mixture. Grease a pan with oil or butter, Heat on medium high. Add a spoonful of batter and swirl around, flip when you can see it's bubbling (about a minute) and cook for 30 secs more. Serve immediately
