1# Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 1/2 Tolive oil
1/4 tspsalt
1/8 tspblack pepper
1 1/2 Tmaple syrup
3-4 slicesbacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange sprouts in a single layer on a foil lined baking pan. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with S&P.

Roast 10 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup; toss to coat. Roast until tender, 10-15 minutes more. Toss sprouts mixture with bacon in a bowl.
