Ingredients

1whole chicken
5 pcsginger
Halftsp salt
Halftsp chicken powder
1 tspsesame oil
2 stalksspring onion

Steps

1

Wash chicken well then pat dry.

Rub chicken with salt and chicken powder in and out.

Stuffed ginger and spring onion in the chicken cavity.

Then rub with sesame oil.

Boil water in the steamer then steam for 30-35 mins.

Let it cool down a bit then slice.
