#wokcontest ... So here is my favorite recipe ... With these samosas my childhood memories recalls there was a samosa wala outside the school and we eat these samosas on daily basis I had a badly carving for these samosas so I tried them today and they are yummylicious must...hot samosa with yummy chutney combo gives a delicious taste must try and enjoy ❤

Ingredients

1hour..
3 person
  • ❤For chutney
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1/4 cupimmli water
  • 2-3 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tsproasted crushed dhaniya
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspchopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tspyellow food colour
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tbspchopped corriender
  • ❤For samosa filling
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tbspchopped capsicum
  • As required samosa wraps
  • ❤For packing of samosa
  • As required samosa wraps
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 3 tbspflour
  • Oil for deep frying
  • ❤For garnish
  • 2 tbspchopped Corriender
  • 1 tbspchopped Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Chutney prepration :At first boiled potatoes they will take 15 min in boiling, cut the potatoes then soak immli in water for 10 mints and seporate it's seeds and take almost 1tsp of water and yellow food colour in it and mix..

    Then add boiled potatoes cubes and 1/4cup of immli pulp and water then blend it well for 5 min

    Then in a wok add oil then add 1/2tsp red chilli flakes, roasted chopped dhaniya, cumin, salt and green chillies broil for 3 to 4 min then add blended potatoes broil for 2 to 3 min..

    Then after 2 to 3 min when it becomes thick then add red food colour then cook for 2 to 3 min then garnish corriender and put aside....

    Samosa filling :Boil 1potatoes and mashed it then add black pepper, soya sauce and salt

    Then add 1.5tsp of chopped capsicum and mix... Then for sealing add flour and water and mix it then take samosa wraps and fold

    Then stuff the potatoes and then seal it corners with the flour and water mixture and put aside... Then put them in refrigerator for 10 min..

    Then add oil in a wok let it heat then add samosas in it and fry on low flame until golden brown

    Then garnish chutney, green chillies and corriender and serve...
