Pudina Tikka

Firstly to prepare pudina paste,take mint leaves, ginger garlic,green chillies and a little bit of water and blend it to a fine paste.

Now take a bowl and add besan to it.

Add 3-4tbsp water, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, Red chilliy powder, cumin seeds, cumin powder and salt according to the proportion and mix it all together.

Add pudina puree to it and again whisk it to give it a nice texture.

Note: adding pudina is must to give it a lovely flavor.

Take a kadai and heat oil in it.Add cumin seeds.Let it crackle.

Add curry leaves and chopped onions to it.

Fry it until the colour turns to golden brown.

Now add the besan pudina mixture to the kadai and cook it for 10minutes.

Cook it on a medium flame until the mixture thickens and once the mixture thickens turn off the gas and quickly spread the wet mixture on to the plate.

Cool it for few minutes.

U can garnish it with coconut/corrainder leaves.

Cut ii into the pieces and u can enjoy with chapatis or as a snack.

For roasting it u can grill it on to the griller also.
