1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspasafoetida
to tasteSalt
2medium sized green chilli
As neededOil

Take a bowl add gram flour

Add dry masala and green chilli and water to make batter
3

Take a pan spred little oil and batter

Flip it after 1-2 min. And bake it for 2 min.

It's ready to serve as hot with red and green chutney...
