Ingredients

almost 250ml
  1. 300 gramsgreen fennel seeds/ sauf
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1 pinchGreen food colour
  4. 300 gramsrock sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak fennel seeds for an hour or so with some sugar.

  2. 2

    Grind the fennel seeds finely.

  3. 3

    In a pan add the grounded mixture,rock sugar water and start boiling.

  4. 4

    Boil till the syrup become thick.

  5. 5

    Strain, let it cool. Add food colour. And store.
