Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 220oC
- 2
Line baking tray with tinfoil
- 3
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces
- 4
Finely dice the white onion
- 5
In a bowl, mix together the water, flour, garlic powder, onion and salt. Whisk until well combined
- 6
Fill a separate small bowl with the breadcrumbs
- 7
Soak each cauliflower piece in the sauce mixture and then the breadcrumbs before placing onto the lined baking tray. Scatter the remaining onion pieces and breadcrumbs over the florets on the tray
- 8
Bake for 8mins, turn and then bake for a further 8mins until brown and crispy
- 9
Pour the BBQ sauce over the florets on the tray, turning them to ensure each piece has at least a little sauce (coverage to your liking). Return to oven to bake for a final 8mins
