Ingredients

  • 1kl Beef short ribs or chunks
  • 1 clovesgarlic mince
  • 1whole onion chopped
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1-2 pcsstar anise
  • 3 tbspsesame seed
  • 4 tbspsesame oil
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat with salt and pepper using a pressure cooker for about 15 mins

  2. 2

    Saute the garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Add the meat and the remaining ingredients all together and let it boil for 10 mins or until reaches the right tenderness.
