Steps

Cut all the vegetables. Heat wok and roast the daliya in ghee for 5 minutes.

Heat cooker add oil mustard and cumin followed by Ginger garlic paste.

Now add carrot onions beans beetroot followed by capsicum tomatoes chilli. Fry well.

Add masalas. Then add roasted daliya. Fry for 1 min. Add 5 cups water then salt and coriander leaves. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 whistle. Serve hot while putting ghee over it.
