Cut paneer into cubes To a large bowl add cornstarch,flour,pepper and salt add water to make a free flowing batter heat oil in a pan dip each paneer cube into the batter and then add them into the hot oil

Fry untill the paneer get golden brown colour

Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic green chilli and saute for 1 minute then add dice onions pepper veggies should remain crunchy and should cook on high flame

Add all sauce and mix lower heat to medium then add slurry mix well a dd fried paneer toss to combine the paneer with the sauce turn off heat and garnish with green onions
