Mix besan, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt, turmeric, baking soda with water into vada bater.

Heat oil and do vada. Keep it aside.

Beat the curd with water in mixer. Put salt,chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida in buttermilk.

Take a kadai put 1 spoon oil and add mustard seed and urad dhal when it splitters add curry leaves then pour buttermilk in it.

When slightly it bubbles switch off and add Vadas. Finally garnish with coriander
