Steps

Heat up a pan with oil add black seeds and chopped garlic sauté it then add chopped tomato mix it.

Now add sugar salt red chilli and mix it well.

Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat till tomato should be soft. Mash it with the help of spoon.

Now add tamarind pulp and mix it well and cook it on high flame till the water becomes dry then switch off the flame.

Our delicious khatti meethi chutney is ready to serve. I really love this chutney very much.
