Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1/3Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tspBaking Powder & Soda
  • I cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cupVegetable Oil
  • 1/2 CupMilk
  • 1/4 tspVanilla Essence
  • 1/4 tspInstant Coffee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking Powder and Baking Soda into a large bowl

  2. 2

    In the same bowl, add the sugar and Salt. Mix

  3. 3

    Add the Oil, Milk and Vanilla Essence and Coffee

  4. 4

    Whisk

  5. 5

    Steam for 40 mins. Medium Heat

  6. 6

    Add any toppings you want (Icing Sugar, Oreo, Choc Syrup)

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
