I came up with a recipe that I could make easily with my kids and could give away as a Father's Day present. Their father said that it was rich and tasty and he was surprised to find chocolate in what he thought to be just normal steamed bread. He ate it cool but seems to really want to try it warm as well.Once I added the egg, I tried putting the bowl on the scales and measuring it after you've added each ingredient. This bread tends to rise more than expected so when pouring in the mixture, if you're wondering whether it's enough it's probably about right. This recipe yields 4 breads in total but make sure to cook 2 at a time to minimize any uneven cooking. This recipe contains 605 kcal in total = 151 kcal per bread. Recipe by chikappe

#goldenapronMy most favorite cake, u can make this with adding melted chocolate, then half the quantity of cocoa paste and use 1/2cup melted chocolate. That also tastes too good.
