First of all finely grind urad dal in grinder jar.

Now mix water in dal powder to make fine paste.

Add rest mentioned ingredients nicely in mixture. Mixture should be like pakora batter.

Now heat oil and drop 1 teaspoon mixture in oil, for 3-4 times. Fry on medium flame.

Drop bhajiye according to your pan's width. Now fry till bhajiye become crisp and golden in colour.

Cook all dal bhajiye like this and serve hot with any sauce of your choice.

Crisp, tasty and instant dal bhajiye are ready to relish.
