Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspoil
  2. 2sliced onion
  3. 2sliced tomato
  4. 6-7slit green chilli
  5. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspmeat masala
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 2 tbspchopped mint leaves
  15. 3 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  16. For boiling beef
  17. 1/2 kgbeef
  18. 2bay leaves
  19. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  20. 1black cardamom
  21. 1onion cut into half pieces
  22. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First in a pressure cooker add all the ingredients of boiling beef and 2 cup of water and pressure cook it for 20-25 minutes on medium heat or till it’s tender.

    Now Heat up a pan with oil add sliced onion and fry till colour changes then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute till raw smell goes out.

    Now add tomato and green chilli and fry for 1 minute.

    Then add all the powdered masala and mix it well. Fry it for 5-7 minutes on high flame.

    Now add boiled beef with all the spices and onion and mix it well.

    Now add chopped mint and coriander leaves and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes then switch off the flame.

    Our delicious beef korma is ready to serve.
