Ingredients

10to15 minutes
3 person
  1. 175 gAll purpose flour
  2. 100 gFresh coconut
  3. 1 tbspSalt
  4. 1/2small cup of meadium hot water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First take all purpose flour and put in your mixing bawl

  2. 2

    Put salt in the flour and mix properly by your hand

  3. 3

    Add fresh coconut and mix it again

  4. 4

    Now slowly add water and mix till you can make soft dough

  5. 5

    Now separate the mixer into three dough balls

  6. 6

    Plat one by one like a circle

  7. 7

    Last take a stainless pan and make it heat and drop your plat dough rotie in to the pan

  8. 8

    Let one side get golden brown colour and turn other side and do it same,, after that take out from the pan and taste it😋 it should be crispy 😍
