First of all we prepare all things soak at least 1hour white paste ingredients after grind it in fine paste

Together ginger garlic green chillies grind it like paste take onion peel and cut into pieces deep fry from oil in light golden colour like this

Now wash tomatoes and boil in open vessel until it leave the skin and grind it to make Puri and take paneer cut it into cube of 1incheslike this

Now all ingredients are ready combined now start take a kadai heat oil put cummin seeds

Then add garlic paste after golden in colour add white paste satua until change the colour of white paste add onion pastees

Mix it well after 2minutes add all masalas mix it well then add tomatoes Puri Cook until it the oil

Now add 1/2cup water then cover for 1minute

Now atlast add cube of paneer Cook 1minute off gas flame add fresh cream

Our shai paneer is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves
