2medium onion
2capsicum
2tomatoes
1cucumber
as required Veg mayonnaise
as per taste Oregano (opt)
as per taste Salt and black pepper
as required Cheese
14-15 slicesBread

Steps

1

Take all vegetables wash them and let them dry and chopped all vegetables.

Add mayonnaise around 1 cup add oregano and m salt and pepper. Mix well

Take a one slice of bread, spread vegetables and cheese. Cover with other bread toast it on grilled pan,tawa or toaster. Till golden brown.

Cut and serve with ketchup.
