Not being able to eat shop pizzas I made my own dough so we could enjoy homemade pizza and all the family eat it also.
Steps

Note: Dietary status is a guideline only. If you have a food allergy, please check the suitability of your ingredients.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough is formed.

Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge until needed.

When ready spilt dough into pieces (usually can get 11-12)

Roll dough and cut into pizza shape.
- 6
Add tomatoe puree and filling required.
- 7
Cook in pizza oven until browned and ready and enjoy.
