Take a pan add ghee and semolina. Roast it till golden.

Take out in a plate.

Take another pan add sugar water and make sugar syrup of 1 string. Keep aside.

Take the same pan add ghee, gram flour. Roast it till golden.

Add roasted semolina in gram flour. Add cardamom powder. Roast it together. Off the gas.

Stir it continuously. Now slowly add half sugar syrup. Mix it well again add remaining syrup.

Mix it well add half chironji seeds. Mix it well and let bubbles get set.

Take out in grease plate. Tap it. Sprinkle remaining chironji seeds.

Sprinkle almonds sliced. Let is cool for one hr. Make the markes with knife. Let it cool for more 1-2 hrs. Take it out the pieces and serve.
