Ingredients

  • 1/2kl pork (cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/2 headgarlic (crushed
  • 1onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cupbagoong alamang
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 2 cupswater
  • Sili (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry pork pieces in hot oil.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic & onions after pork has turned brown.

  3. 3

    Add silo ang the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until pork becomes tender. Enjoy! ❣️
