Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 1 cuplong-grain white rice (about 200 grams)
  2. 3 sprigscilantro
  3. 2 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder
  4. A fewdrops of lemon juice
  5. 2 1/2 cupswater (about 600 ml)
  6. 1 splashoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

  2. 2

    Sauté the rice with the oil until it turns golden.

  3. 3

    Add the boiling water, finely chopped cilantro, and chicken bouillon to the rice. Add about five drops of lemon juice as well.

  4. 4

    Reduce the heat and stir once to prevent sticking.

  5. 5

    Let the water absorb, then it's ready!
