Melt butter in saucepan; add celery. Sauce until tender.

Stir in flour, instant boullion and seasonings until smooth. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

Garnish with chopped celery leaves, if desired.
