Cut mangoes into small pieces and jaggery also

Place oil in kadhai and allow to heat. Add cloves cumin seeds (jeera) mustard seed (rai) and hing to it.

Add mango pieces and mix well. Add salt haldi laal mirch powder and mix it for half a minute and cover with lid till cooked approx 2-3 minutes.

Add jaggery and keep on mixing it well till it gets dissolved such that the consistency is maintained and turn the gas off but keep stirring. Tasty all time favourite pickleb with any items like thepla paratha bread it tastes good. It can be stored for a week.
