Boil 2 cups water. Remove from heat and add chillies into it. Keep it for 30 seconds. Then take them out and pat dry

Mix the tamarind pulp,salt and grounded sesame seeds and keep aside

Slit the green chillies from 1 side to fill the filling. Stuff 1/2 tsp or more or less of the stuffing into the chillies

In a mixing bowl, mix besan,salt,baking powder, haldi powder and add water to make a thick smooth paste

Dip the chillies into the batter, coat it well and slide it into the hot oil. Once chillies are added to the hot oil, lower the flame and cook till golden brown
