  • Chicken tenders
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Diced lettuce
  • Diced tomato
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Chopped purple onion 1 qtr or less
  • Lemon
  • Fried tostones
  • Avocado

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken to taste and cook on hot pan. Mix in buffalo sauce while cooking.

  2. 2

    Smash green plantain and Deep fry them

  3. 3

    Get a toston use a bed of lettuce throw the chicken on top and top it off with avocado tomato cilantro onion lemos and your favorite spicy sauce
