Coriander chutney

#GA4
#week3, key word : chutney, Gujarati . Green chutney or dhanya ni chutney. It is an authentic Gujarati chutney that's a bit on the sweeter side. It goes with most Gujarati savoury items especially with undhiyu, handvo, dhokla, muthiya. It should also go well with sev khamni (add a bit of khamni in the chutney while grinding).

Steps
- 1
Combine coriander leaves, green chillies and garlic in a mixer jar.
- 2
Add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add only 2-3 tbsp water or as much as is needed to grind it till it is smooth.
- 3
The chutney should be like a flowy paste, but not watery. That's why it doesn't need any ground nuts or any other such thickener. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with some sesame seeds. Keep refrigerated.
