  • 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoonschopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste

    To make Anda Bhurji, first crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.

    Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chili.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
    Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.

    Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped tomato. Cook for 2 minutes.
    Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the beaten eggs and mix everything together well.

    When the mixture is cooked through, add salt and let it cook for a few more minutes.
